How does ordering work?
Find a Drop on the home page and press Select. Enter your DJ name and any wording you want, add it to your cart, and pay with PayPal. You can order several different drops in one checkout.
How long does an order take?
Each product page shows its estimated turnaround. We start work once your payment has been verified, and we email you as your order moves along.
How do I make sure my name is pronounced correctly?
Type your DJ name exactly as it should be spoken. Where a product allows it, you can also upload a short recording of how you say it.
How do I get my finished audio?
Sign in, open My account, and choose your order. Your files are listed there for download, and we email you when they’re ready. For your security we never attach audio files to emails. If you checked out as a guest, create an account with the same email address and confirm it to see your orders.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Each completed order includes 1 revision. Open your order and use “Request a revision” to tell us what to change.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled securely by PayPal. We never see or store your payment details.
What if something goes wrong or I need a refund?
